Graduates of the Department will have the advantage of being the alumni of a Faculty that is a full member of EAAE (European Association for Interior Architectural Education), an academic institution of main countries of the European Union. They will have a wider choice of professional prospects on a global scale. A number of our graduates who pursue academic careers already find opportunities in European and American Universities as well as Cypriot and Turkish.
Graduates of the Department of Interior Architecture find opportunities for work in public or private institutions or work as freelance interior architects. Some get into the type of work concerning a wide range of functions from designing shop-windows or fair stands, to more implementation-oriented work in construction firms. Others take up post-graduate studies either at EMU and universities in Turkey, or other universities in Europe or the U.S. and pursue academic work successfully.
